French Toast, Skinny Style!

When I was doing Weight Watchers this was one of my favorite recipes to use in the morning or even evening for dinner.  This is a low calorie, filling french toast recipe that even my picky 2 year old loves!

1/2 cup egg beaters

2 slices of 35 calorie bread (or similar)

1/4 cup sugar free syrup

A dash of cinnamon

Heat skillet and coat with a non stick spray.  Dip bread in egg beaters and place on skillet for about 4-5 minutes then turn.  Remove from skillet and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and pour syrup on top. Adding fresh strawberries also can be an added treat!

French Toast, skinny style and under 200 calories!
